$250 Per party. 

Pre-mediation

Preparing you for mediation

Typically a 60 minute session

To proceed with mediation both parties must participate in the pre-mediation process. Pre-mediation includes an assessment of suitability for mediation.

$700 Per party. 

Mediation

$700 fixed fee

Half day mediation

Includes set up and preparation

Participate with or without lawyer

Venue hire in Hobart, if required, is charged at cost. Please contact us to enquire about price for full day mediations.

The fee for a section 60I certificate is $95.
